Sibford is committed to the principles of the UK Agent Quality Framework (AQF) and to ensuring that prospective international pupils and their families receive accurate, transparent, and ethical advice throughout the admissions process.
We recognise the valuable role that education agents play in supporting families who choose to study in the UK. We are committed to working with education agents who demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to acting in the best interests of the pupils they represent.
To support the principles of the UK Agent Quality Framework, we will:
- work only with education agents who meet our standards of ethical and professional conduct
- provide our education agents with accurate and up-to-date information about our curriculum, boarding provision (where applicable), admissions requirements, fees, and school policies
- monitor and review the performance of our education agents on a regular basis to ensure they continue to meet our expectations
- encourage our education agents to complete the UK Agent and Counsellor Training Course and to keep their knowledge of UK education and immigration requirements up to date
- provide prospective pupils and their families with clear information about the role of education agents and how they can raise concerns or provide feedback.
As a licensed student sponsor, Sibford School is committed to maintaining high standards in the recruitment of international pupils and to supporting the aims of the UK Agent Quality Framework by promoting transparency, professionalism, and responsible international student recruitment.
