At Sibford, giving back is part of who we are. Our pupils and staff regularly come together to support causes that matter—locally, nationally, and globally.

From bake sales and non-uniform days to creative challenges and community partnerships, our charitable efforts are led by compassion, collaboration, and a strong sense of purpose.

Student leadership is at the heart of our fundraising. Pupils take the initiative to choose causes close to their hearts, whether it’s through themed dress-up days, head shaves, or organising events like the Angus Oakey Memorial Football Match in support of Young Lives vs Cancer. Their enthusiasm and commitment inspire the whole school community to get involved.

Our partnerships extend beyond the school grounds.

In collaboration with the Thomas Franks Foundation, students, staff, and parents have prepared thousands of meals for local food banks, addressing food insecurity in our wider community. Creative campaigns, such as the cereal box domino drive, further demonstrate our commitment to making a positive impact.

Through these collective efforts, we aim to instil values of empathy, responsibility, and active citizenship in our pupils. By engaging in meaningful charitable activities, they learn the importance of contributing to the well-being of others and the power of community action.
